Appliances

Griddle
Is located outside on the deck, PLEASE read the care instructions below.

Step 1: While the griddle is hot, use a flat metal spatula to scrap off excess debris. Make sure the flat edge of the spatula is flat against the surface, so you don’t scratch it. Scrape back and forth. Then sweep all the crumbs into the catch-tray at the end of the griddle.

Step 2: While the griddle is still hot, pour water (or water with a drop of dish soap) over the griddle surface. Let it boil up to loosen the greasy build-up.

Step 3: Set a folded-up paper towel on the wet griddle. Then place the flat metal spatula on the paper towel and scrub back and forth to remove the dirty water and debris. Repeat steps 2 and 3 if needed.

BBQ Grill
Propane tank is connected to the BBQ, in the event its empty, kindly take one of the empty ones and swipe it at the corner store. We will reimburse you $15 in the event you need to refill it.

  • Juicer (located in coffee station in the basement)
  • Two dishwashers (both located in the kitchen
  • Two refrigerators
  • Serving trays & dish’s
  • Coffee maker, tea & hot water kettle are located in the coffee bar in the basement
  • Sandwich press (located in the kitchen)
  • Food processor and more. (located in the kitchen)
Audio / Video

AUDIO – There are two receivers one designated for indoor use while the other outdoor. They are independent of each other, two AUX cables are marked. IMPORTANT – keep volume below the decimal limit to avoid the speakers from blowing out.

TV – The cabin has over 250 channels including a sports package, HBO and STARZ

All remotes are located in the drawer below the TV

Cleanup Supplies

  • Cleaning supplies are located under every sink
  • Brooms are located upstairs in the utility closet between the bathroom and Deer Crossing Bedroom
  • Please Recycle
  • Swiper is located in the upstairs utility closet
Fireplace & Firepits
  • Indoor fireplace should ALWAYS have a fire screen to avoid a fire
  • Make sure you keep the fire at a reasonable level
  • Only use the firewood provided in the cabin

If you plan on having a bonfire please contact:

  • Larry Sprague – for a firewood delivery 48 hours in advance. Once cord costs $240 – (603) 443-1275 – Texting is preferred

DO NOT BURN wood pallets – they leave nails and can cause serious danger to children and dogs

Finally, don’t take any wood that is intended for the inside use, which is left near the grill’s. You will be fined from your security deposit $300

Hot Tub

  • hot tub supplies are located at the shoe closet as you enter the cabin from the rear
  • Make sure you slide the cover gently, requires two people
  • Make sure you cover the hot tub after every use or it will lose its heat
Teepee

The teepee is a sacred space and we ask you to respect its traditions.

  • No smoking or drinking allowed
  • Be Respectful a lot of love and intention went into it
  • Make sure you leave it as you found it
  • The Teepee is a joint offering between the Cabin & Farmhouse, please be respectful to one another and enjoy it together.

Towels & Linens

Blankets, towels and sheets are located in three areas:

  • Blankets are in the basement there is a utility closet under the stairs
  • Towels are located at the closet in the main floor bathroom
  • Sheets are located at the closet upstairs directly facing the shower
  • Leave all the wet towels in the bathroom floor to wash
Washer / Dryer

The cabin has two washer dryers, located at

  • Main floor bathroom
  • Basement bathroom
